Home Intangibles
We really appreciate your interest in buying our home on Glen Coe. This home is close to our heart and it's not an easy decision for us to sell the home because of so many attachments. Needless to say, this home has been extremely lucky for us and I am sure it will be for future residents.
I want to share with you what we think are “intangibles” of this house that would not come out if you did not live in that neighborhood for a long time:
Our “Top 10 Reasons” you may not know:
1. Breathtaking Scenery from the deck looking down to the Brecksville National
Reserve– we would not have spent that amount on the deck otherwise – Please
see some attached pictures.
2. Convenience to biking / hiking trails – including the 21 mile Bike Route :
I actually biked right out of my home once every week.
3. Two Ski Slopes and water park ( Dover Lake Water Park).
4. Much to Broadview Hts. envy – awesome Recreation Center ( In my opinion –
Cleveland’s Best) and Library.
5. Apple Tree that brings in many wild animals.
6. Great Neighbors.
7. Neighbors who enforce “strict” deed restrictions to sustain property values.
8. Patio under the Deck works really well with the Walkout Basement – this is the
one I will miss and don’t think I will find one like that in any house
9. Walk-in
Attic Space - has a door access through the Master Bed.
10. One of the Closest Neighborhood to I 77/I80/ and also to I271.
